So I decided to start out with a full page shot here. The entire square format of the book was so that I could do this sort of thing. I’m also obsessed with story telling via personal ephemera and scrap booking. So the most pertinent information here is contained in the flier.

Drawn by the amazingly talented Christy Road. I actually had the good fortune to attend this event and catch the now disbanded Broadband. They’re the only real band on that there flier.
Milk Can is name of the imaginary band in Playstation game Um Jammer Lammy, which I am a huge fan of. Let’s watch a clip of that right now:
Obviously a huge influence on both the style of Jam in the Band and me as an artist. I cannot underplay the influence Rodney Greenblat has had on me as a cartoonist.
